A website built around your customers

A trades business may need project photos, service-area details and questions that help qualify quote requests. A cleaning company may need separate journeys for domestic bookings and commercial surveys. An independent dental practice needs approved team and treatment information and access to its existing booking provider. We agree the customer journey before starting the build.

What the £1,250 business website includes

The Local Business Website package covers up to five pages, one enquiry form, service-area information, a gallery of up to 12 supplied images and click-to-call. It includes a mobile-friendly layout, basic on-page search setup, light editing of supplied copy, two consolidated revision rounds and a handover. The planning timeframe is two to three weeks after the deposit, content and account access are received.

Content, ownership and ongoing costs

You provide business information, draft copy, photographs and relevant access. Copywriting from scratch, branding, additional pages, online shops and complex migrations need a separate quotation. Domains, hosting and paid software are separate; fees exclude VAT where applicable. Your written quotation confirms the total payable and scope. Domains and third-party accounts should be registered to you wherever possible.

Optional website care

Essential care is £79 per month for one website, including routine checks and 30 minutes of minor edits. Plus care is £129 per month with more edit time and an analytics summary. Hosting is separate. You can also choose a handover and manage the website yourself. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time, excluding England bank holidays.

From first conversation to launch

We begin with your goals, services, audience and content readiness. After agreeing the scope and payment stages, we build a working version for review. You approve the completed work before launch and receive a handover. Basic search setup helps describe your website to search engines; it does not guarantee rankings or a fixed number of leads.
